Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

3 Rounds of:

  • 200m Row
  • 10 Stiff Leg Deadlift (45/35)
  • 10 Front Squats (45/35)

—Conditioning—

20 min. AMRAP

  • 10 Single Arm DB Thrusters – 5 per side (35/25)
  • 12 Burpees
  • 300m Row

—Cooldown—

  • Roll Out for 10 min.
