—Warmup—

  • 20 Push Press (45/35)
  • 10 Deadlifts (45/35)

—Conditioning—

For Time:

  • 1000m Row

then…

4 Rounds of:

  • 50 Double Unders
  • 10 Deadlifts (185/135)
  • 15 Push Ups

Then,

  • 1000m row

 —Baker to Vegas Runners complete INSTEAD of Cond.—

  • Run 3-5 x 1200m, Rest 3 min., hold each effort within 3-5 seconds

—Cooldown—

  • 2 min. L-Hang or L-Sit
