—Warmup—

  • 500m Row
  • 15 Push Ups
  • 10 Inch Worms
  • 10 Pull Ups

—Strength—

  • Press  8 min. EMOM –3 reps @ 55% 0f 1RM

—Conditioning—

For time:

  • 500m Row
  • 21 Overhead Squats (95/65)
  • 21 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
  • 400m Run
  • 15 OHS
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 500m Row
  • 9 OHS
  • 9 Box Jumps
  • 400m Run

—Cooldown—

  • 100 Hip Drop/Raise Side Planks
  • Accumulate 2 min. Quad Stretch/Side
  • Accumulate 1 min. Hip Flexor Stretch/Side
