Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

  • 800m Run or 1000m Row

—Conditioning—

5 Rounds For Time of:

  • 9 Overhead Squats (95/65) 
  • 15 Burpees
  • 21 Push Ups
  • 200m Run

—Baker to Vegas Runners complete INSTEAD of Cond.—

  • Run  5K Time Trial (TT)

—Cooldown—

  • 200 Flutter Kicks
