—Warmup—

  • 1000m Row
  • 20 Push Press (45/35)
  • 10 Deadlifts (45/35)

—Conditioning—

4 Rounds For Time of:

  • 10 Deadlifts (205/155)
  • 20 Wallball (20/14)
  • 200m Run

—Baker to Vegas Runners complete 3 1/2 hrs. before or after Cond.—

  • Run 8 X 20:10, (run 20 sec., rest 10 sec., repeat 8 times)

—Cooldown—

  • 2 min. L-Hang or L-Sit
