Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

  • 800m Run or 1000m Row

—Conditioning—

2 Persons Team

 For Time:

  • 100 Burpees
  • 120 Pull Ups
  • 140 Push Ups
  • 160 Lunges

Then…

  • 400m Run together

**Break it up any way you like, but all reps must be done of one exercise prior to moving onto the next one. Only one partner working at a time.**

—Cooldown—

  • 200 Flutter Kicks
