—Warmup—

3 Rounds of:

  • 200m Row
  • 12 Air Squats
  • 10 Stiff Leg D/L (45#)
  • 8 Push Ups

—Conditioning—

4 Rounds For Time of:

  • 10 Front Squats (155/105)
  • 15 Pull Ups
  • 50 Double Unders

—Cooldown—

  • 2 min. Hamstring Stretch/Leg
  • 1 min. Squat Position
