Baker to Vegas programming will begin the first Tuesday in September.  Please pay attention to daily posts in regards to B2V prep.  If you are not training for B2V, continue to complete the conditioning WOD’s as normal.  If you do follow the B2V programming, conditioning WOD’s are still a must except for Thursday and Saturday.  More info will be posted as September nears.

Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

3 Rounds of:

  • 200m Row
  • 12 Air Squats
  • 10 Stiff Leg L/L (45#)
  • 8 Push Ups

—Strength—

  • Back Squat 3 X 8 – high tempo/moderate loading, unbroken sets.  

—Conditioning—

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:

  • Deadlift (185/135)
  • Box Jump (24/20)
  • Wallball (20/14)

—Cooldown—

  • 2 min. Hamstring Stretch/Leg
  • 1 min Squat Position
