For Time:

  • 400m Run
  • 50 Abmat Sit Ups
  • 40 Push Ups (Hand Release)
  • 30 Overhead Squats (95/65)
  • 40 Pull Ups
  • 50 Burpees
  • 400m Run

—Cooldown—

  • 200 Flutter Kicks
