3 Rounds of:

  • 200m Row
  • 12 Air Squats
  • 10 Stiff Leg L/L (45#)
  • 8 Push Ups

—Conditioning—

  • Back Squat 3 x 3 – sets across

—Conditioning—

50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:

  • Double Unders
  • Abmat Sit-ups
