—Warmup—

3 Rounds of:

  • 200m Row
  • 10 Stiff Leg Deadlift (45/35)
  • 10 Front Squats (45/35)

—Strength—

  •  Deadlifts 3 Reps every 30 seconds for 8 min. @ 55% of 1RM

—Conditioning—

20 min. EMOM

  • Even mins. = 6 DB Lunges & 5 DB Thrusters (35/25)
  • Odd mins. = 30 Double Unders

—Cooldown—

  • 10 min. Roll Out
