Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

3 Rounds of:

  • 200m Row
  • 10 Stiff Leg Deadlift (45/35)
  • 10 Front Squats (45/35)

—Strength—

  • Deadlift 4 X 5 – sets across

—Conditioning—

5 Rounds For Time of:

  • 200m Run
  • 9 Overhead Squats (95/65) 
  • 12 Burpees (over bar)

—Cooldown—

  • Roll Out for 10 min.
