Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

3 Rounds of:

  • 200m Row
  • 10 Stiff Leg Deadlift (45/35)
  • 10 Front Squats (45/35)

—Strength—

  • Deadlift 5 x 5 – (Sets across)

—Conditioning—

 20 min. EMOM

  • Even mins. = 7 Push Press (95/65) & 5 Pull-ups
  • Odd mins. = 7 KB Swings (53/35) & 5 Box Jumps

—Cooldown—

  • 10 min. Roll out
