  • 1  min. Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/55)
  • 1 min. Box Jumps
  • 1 min. Push Press (75/55)
  • 1 min. Row – Calories
  •  1 min. Rest

#2: Max Bench Press – 3 Attempts

#3: Max Weighted Pull Up – 3 Attempts
