  • 10 KB Swings (light)
  • 10 Lunges

—Conditioning—

12 min. AMRAP

  • 200m Run
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 15 Push Ups

—Cooldown—

  • 2 min. L-Hang or L-Sit
