—Warmup—

  • 12 Air Squats
  • 10 Stiff Leg L/L (45#)
  • 8 Push Ups

—Strength—

  • Back Squat 3 x 8 – Small increase from last week. (Sets Across)

—Conditioning—

5 min. AMRAP

  • 10 Overhead Squats (95/65)
  • 10 Burpees

1 min. Rest

5 min. AMRAP

  • 8 Burpees
  • 8 Overhead Squats

1 min. Rest

      5 min. AMRAP

  • 6 Burpees
  • 6 Overhead Squats
