—Warmup—

  • 1000m Row
  • 20 Push Press (45/35)
  • 10 Deadlifts (45/35)

 —Conditioning—

For Time:

  • 400m Run, then:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:

  • Pull Ups
  • Burpees
  • Then, 400m Run

—Cooldown—

  • 2 min. L-Hang or L-Sit
