Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

  • 1000m Row

3 Rounds of:

  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Air Squats

—Strength—

  • Back Squat 3 X 3 – Small increase from last week

—Conditioning—

For Time:

  • 800m Run
  • 50 Pull Ups
  • 100 Push Ups
  • 150 Air Squats
  • 800m Run

 —Cooldown—

  • 10 min. Roll Out
