Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

3 Rounds of:

  • 200m Row
  • 30 Flutter Kicks
  • 10 Push Ups

—Strength—

  • Press 1 X 10 @ 45-65, 4 X 5 @ 70% of 1RM

—Conditioning—

5 Rounds For Time of:

  • 200m Run
  • 20 DB Snatch Alternating Arms(35/25) 
  • 12 Pull Ups

—Cooldown—

  • 10 min. Rolling out
