Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

3 Rounds of:

  • 200m Row
  • 12 Air Squats
  • 10 Stiff Leg Deadlift (45# bar)
  • 8 Push Ups

—Strength—

  • Back Squat 4 X 5 @ 80 % of 1RM

—Conditioning—

For Time:

  • 800m Run

then…

5 Rounds of:

  • 8 Deadlifts (185/135)
  • 15 Push Ups

 then..

  • 400m Run

—Cooldown—

  • 5 min in Squat Position Stretch
  • Roll Out – hips, lower back, quads
