  • 12 Hanging Knee Raises

—Strength—

  • Deadlift 4 X 2 AHAP

—Conditioning—

For Time:

  • 800m Run

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:

  • Thrusters (95/65)
  • Pull Ups

 then…

  • 1000m Row

—Cooldown—

  • Roll Out:  Hips, IT Band, Back, Lats
