Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

3 Rounds of:

  • 100m Run
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 10 Push Ups

—Strength—

  • Back Squat 6 X 2 AHAP

—Conditioning—

5 Rounds For Time of:

  • 9 Thrusters (95/65)
  • 11 Pull Ups
  • 200m Run

—Cooldown—

  • 5 mins. in Squat Position Stretch
  • 10 mins. Roll Out – hips, lower back, quads
