—Warmup—

  • 500m Row then…

 3 Rounds of:

  • 10 Deadlifts (45/35)
  • 10 Muscle Cleans
  • 10 Front Squats
  • 10 Push Press

—Conditioning—

15 min. AMRAP

  • 15 Wallballs (20/14)
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 200m Run

—Cooldown—

  • 10 min. Roll Out – Glutes/Hips/Shoulders
