Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

3 Rounds of:

  • 100m Run
  • 20 Air Squats

—Strength—

  • Back Squat  3 X 5 (Start at 75% of 1 RM or go back to 1/9/17 and increase by 10 lbs.)

—Conditioning—

21-15-9-6-3 reps for time of:

  • Overhead Squats (95/65)
  • Burpees

—Cooldown—

  • 5 min. in Squat Position Stretch

—Baker to Vegas 3 1/2 hrs.+ before/after Cond.—

To be completed today OR tomorrow

  • Run 3 X 1 mile, Rest 5:00, hold all splits within 5-7 seconds
