  • 15 Snatch Grip Push Press (45/35) – behind neck
  • 15 Power Snatches (45/35)

—Conditioning—

5 Rounds For Time of:

  • 7 Power Cleans (135/95)
  • 20 Wallball (20/14)
  • 150m Row

—Cooldown—

  • 10 min. rolling out

—Baker to Vegas 3 1/2 hrs. + before/after Cond.—

Complete only if you did not yesterday

  • Run 10 X 100m, rest 45 sec., hold splits within 2-3 sec.
