Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

  • 400m Run
  • 30 Air Squats
  • 20 Lunges
  • 30 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Push Ups

—Conditioning—

10 min. AMRAP

  • 7 Front Squats (135/95)
  • 10 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
  • 200m Run

Rest 2 min.

10 min. AMRAP

  • 7 Deadlifts (155/115)
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 300m Row

—Cooldown—

  • Banded Stretches for hips, quads, shoulders

—Baker to Vegas 3 1/2 hrs.+ before/after Cond.—

To be completed today OR tomorrow

  • Run 10 x 100m, rest 45 sec., hold splits within 2-3 sec.
