Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

3 Rounds of:

  • 10 Ring Rows
  • 10 Stiff Leg DL (45/35)
  • 10 Air Squats

—Strength—

  • Deadlift 3 X 8 – Deload Week, high tempo

—Conditioning—

20 min. EMOM

  •  Even mins. = 4 Manmakers (35/25)
  • Odd mins. = 10 Kettlebell Swings (53/35) + 5 Box Jumps

—Cooldown—

  • 10 min. Stretch – low back, hip flexors, hamstrings
