Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

3 Rounds of:

  • 200m Run
  • 10 Burpees

—Conditioning—

5 Rounds For Time Of:

  • 15 Abmat Sit Ups
  • 10 DB Split Snatches – Per arm (35/25)
  • 7 Burpees

—Cooldown—

  • 120 Hip Drop Side Planks, 60/side

—Baker to Vegas 3 1/2 hrs.+ before/after Cond.—

Only if you did not complete yesterday

  • Run 8 x 20 sec., Rest 10 sec., if possible use a hill, do not reduce the speed
