Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

  • 400m Run
  • 30 Air Squats
  • 20 Lunges
  • 30 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Push Ups

—Strength—

  • Back Squat 3 X 8 – Deload Week, sets across, high tempo

—Conditioning—

6 min. AMRAP

  • 100 Double Unders

8 Rounds of:

  • 12 Thrusters (95/65)
  • 12 Pull Ups

Rest 2 min.

6 min. AMRAP

  • 50 Double Unders

8 Rounds of:

  • 12 Deadlifts (95/65)
  • 12 Hanging Knee Raises

—Cooldown—

  • Banded Stretches for hips, quads, shoulders

 —Baker to Vegas complete 3 1/2 hrs.+ before/after Cond.—

  • Run  5:00 on, 2:30 off, 6:00 on, 3:00 off, 7:00 on
