Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

  • 500m Row

then…

3 Rounds of:

  • 20 Stiff Leg Deadlifts (45/35)
  • 20 Deadlifts (45/35)
  • 20 Push Press (45/35)

—Strength—

  • Deadlift 6 X 2 AHAP, small increase from last week

—Conditioning—

5 RFTO:

  • 3 Deadlifts (155/115)
  • 5 Hang Power Cleans (155/115)
  • 10 Push Ups (Hand Release)
  • 200m Run

—Cooldown—

  • 10 Min Rolling out – Lower Back, Mid Back, Shoulders/Lats

** Tomorrow’s run will be:  10K TT at ELA CHP Office.  Be there NLT 0645 for warm-up.
