Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

  • 1000m Row

—Conditioning—

5 X 2 min AMRAP, 1 min rest between rounds – continued rep count.

  • 12 Deadlifts (135/95)
  • 9 Hang Power Cleans
  • 6 Push Press

**In this workout, each round is 2 min in length.  You will complete as many reps as possible in 2 min.  At the buzzer you will stop and rest 1 min.  When the rest period is over, continue where you left off in your rep count/movement*

—Cooldown—

  • 15 min. Roll out

—Baker to Vegas—

  • 5K TT after completing warmup below.

10 Meters Each:

  • Skip for Height
  • Skip for Distance
  • Running Knees to Chest
  • Running Butt Kicks
  • Running Backwards Pedal
  • Carioca back and forth
  • Frankenstein Walk
  • Walking Quad Stretch
  • Knee Hug Walk
  • Sampson Lunges
