  • 21 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
  • 750m Row
  • 15 Thrusters
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 500m Row
  • 9 Thrusters
  • 9 Box Jumps

—Cooldown—

  • Sretches:  Shoulders & Hips

 —Baker to Vegas 3 1/2 hrs.+ before/after Cond.—

Complete today OR tomorrow

  • Run 10 X 200m, Rest 90 secs, hold splits within 2-3 seconds
