  • 15 Stiff Leg Deadlifts (45/35)
  • 12 Muscle Cleans (45)
  • 10 Push Press (45)

 —Conditioning—

3 Rounds For Time of:

  • 400m Run
  • 21 Kettlbell Swings (53/35)
  • 12 Pull Ups

—Cooldown—

  • Accumulate 5 min. in Plank position

 —Baker to Vegas 3 1/2 hrs.+ before/after Cond.—

Only if you did not complete yesterday

  • Run  3 X (200m + 400m + 600m) Work:Rest = 1:1
