Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

  • 1000m Row

 —Conditioning—

15 min. AMRAP

  • 10 Front Squats (115/85)
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 5 Thrusters (115/85)
  • 200m Run

 —Cooldown—

  • 120 Side Drop/Planks (60 per side)

 —Baker to Vegas 3 1/2 hrs.+ before/after Cond.—

Complete only if you did not yesterday

  • Run 3 X 800m, Rest 2:00, hold splits within 3-5 seconds
