  • 100 Single Jump Ropes
  • 50 Jumping Jacks
  • 50 Mountain Climbers

 —Strength—

  • Press 1 X 10 @ 65-95, 5 X 2 + 2 Push Press AHAP

—Conditioning—

For Time:

  • 400m Run

 then…

4 Rounds of:

  • 50 Double Unders
  • 30 Lunges
  • 15 Wallball (20/14)

 then…

  • 400m Run

 —Cooldown—

  • Accumulate 100 Abmat Sit-Ups

 —Baker to Vegas 3 1/2 hrs.+ before/after Cond.—

Complete today OR tomorrow

  • Run  3 x 800m, Rest 2:00, hold splits within 3-5 seconds
