—Warmup—

  • 500m Row
  • 10 Box Step Ups
  • 10 Dumbell Push Press (45# bar)

 —Conditioning—

4 RFTO:

  • 400m Run
  • 12 DB Snatch (35/25) – total
  • 15 Pull Ups

 —Cooldown—

  • Accumulate 5 min. in Plank position

 —Baker to Vegas 3 1/2 hrs.+ before/after Cond.—

Complete only if you did not yesterday

  • Run  3 X (100m + 200m + 400m), Work:Rest = 1:1
