Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

3 Rounds of:

  • 200m Row
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 20 Lunges

—Strength—

  • Back Squat 5 X 2 AHAP, small increase from last week

—Conditioning—

15 min. AMRAP

  • 10 Elevated Push Ups (Feet elevated)
  • 12 Deadlifts (185/135)
  • 16 Weighted Sit Ups (25/10)

 —Cooldown—

  • Banded stetch:  Pecs, Hips, Quads

 —Baker to Vegas 3 1/2 hrs.+ before/after Cond.—

Complete either today OR tomorrow

  • Run  3 X (100m + 200m + 400m), Work:Rest = 1:1
