Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

  • 500m Row
  • 7 Pull Ups
  • 10 Stiff Leg Deadlifts (45# bar)

 —Strength—

  • Dynamic Deadlift 3 Reps every 30 seconds (55% of 1RM) for 8 mins.

Focus is on bar speed and explosive action.

—Conditioning—

5 RFTO:

  • 16 Front Rack Lunges (85/55)
  • 20 Burpees

 —Cooldown—

  • 15 minute rolling out

** Tomorrow’s run will be: 5K TT at ELA CHP Office.  Be there NLT 0645 for warm-up.
