Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

  • 500m Row
  • 20 Abmat Sit Ups
  • 20 Push Ups
  • 20 Box Step Ups
  • 10 Pull Ups

 —Conditioning— 

3 Rounds for max reps:

  • 1 min. Burpees
  • 1 min. Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
  • 1 min. Box Jumps (24″/20″)
  • 1 min. Slam Ball (30/20)
  • 1 min. Row (Calories)
  • 1 min. Rest

 —Cooldown—

  • 15 minute Roll Out

 —Baker to Vegas Training—

To be completed INSTEAD of above.

Warm Up: (each exercise 20 meters)

  • Skip for Height
  • Knee Highs
  • Knees to Chest
  • Carioca
  • Frankenstein Walk
  • Quad Stretch Walk, Raising Opposite Arm

then… 

  • Run 5K Time Trial (TT)
