Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

3 Rounds of:

  • 400m Run
  • 7 Pull Ups
  • 10 Stiff Leg Deadlifts (45# bar)

 —Conditioning—

“The Chief”

5 X 3 min. AMRAP, 1 minute rest between AMRAP’s

  • 3 Power Cleans (135/95)
  • 6 Push Ups
  • 9 Air Squats

 —Cooldown—

  • 5 minute rolling out
