  • 200m Run
  • 20 Lunges
  • 8 Ring Rows

 —Conditioning—

3 Rounds For Time of:

  • 400m Sprint
  • 15 Deadlifts (Body weight)
  • 500m Row
  • 30 Double Unders

 —Cooldown—

  • Lower Back/Calves Stretching
