  • Deadlift 3 x 8 High Tempo, Unbroken Reps

  • 1000m Row
  • 100 Double Unders
  • 50 Wallballs (20/14)
  • 100 Double Unders
  • 1000m Row

—Cooldown—

  • 2 min Superman Plank
  • 1 min Cobra Pose
