Workout of the Day

—Warmup—

3 Rounds of:

  • 250m Row
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 10 Stiff Leg Deadlift (45# bar)
  • 5 Ring Rows

 —Strength—

  • Front Squat 4 X 2

—Conditioning—

15-12-9 reps of:

  • Pull Ups
  • Hang Power Snatch (95/65)

 —Cooldown—

  • 2 min roll out Hamstring/leg
  • 1 min Squat Position
