 —Strength—

  • Deadlift 5 X 2

 —Conditioning—

  • 50 Double Unders
  • 10 Clean to Thruster (115/85)
  • 200m Run

—Cooldown—

  • 2 min. Superman Plank
  • 1 min. Cobra Pose
