  • 20 Lunges
  • 8 Ring Rows

—Conditioning—

  • 500m Row
  • 20 Wallballs (20/14)
  • 10 Burpees

—Cooldown—

  • 100 Side Plank Hip Drops
  • Accumulate 2 min Quad Stretch/side
  • Accumulate 1 min Hip Flexor Stretch/side
