  • 20 PVC Pipe Figure 8s (10 x side)
  • 60 sec. Dead Hang Hold
  • 20 Buz Saws
  • 10 Deadlifts (65-95#)
  • 10 Hanging Knees to Chest

 —Strength—

  • Front Squat 5 X 4

 —Conditioning—

10 min. AMRAP

  • 10 Deadlifts (185/115)
  • 200m Run
  • 10 Sit Ups (25)

—Cooldown—

  • 5 minutes roll-out
