  • 100 Double Unders
  • 90 sec. Paleo Chair Hold
  • 15 Squats
  • 10 Burpees

—Conditioning—

For Time:

  • 1000m Row

4 Rounds of:

  • 15 Push-Ups
  • 15 Ball Slams (30/20)
  • 15 Ab-Mat Sit-Ups

then…

  • 1000m Row
