  • 20 PVC Pipe Dislocates
  • 20 PVC Pipe Figure 8s (10 per side)
  • 20 Buzz Saws
  • 20 Kettlebell Swing (light wt)
  • 10 Burpees

  • 10 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
  • 25 Push Ups
  • 50 Double Unders
