  • 60 sec. Dead Hang Hold
  • 20 PVC Pipe Dislocates
  • 20 PVC Pipe Figure 8s (10 each direction)
  • 20 Buzz Saws

  • 1 Min Jump Rope
  • 25m Broad Jump
  • 1 Min Jump Rope
  • 25m Bear Crawl (fwd)
  • 1 Min Jump rope
  • 25m Duck Walk
  • 1 Min Jump Rope
  • 25m Single Leg Hop (switch legs halfway)
  • 1 Min Jump Rope
  • 25m Crab Walk (bkwd)
