  • 30 PVC Pipe Dislocates
  • 30 PVC Figure 8s (15 each direction)
  • 20 Buzz Saws
  • 20 Box Step Ups (24”)
  • 10 Slam Ball (light wt)
  • 5 Push Ups

3 Rounds For Max Reps:

  • 1 min. Box Jumps (24”/20″)
  • 1 min. Slam Ball (30/20)
  • 1 min. Ring Push Ups
